EPSW College Completions
Students Completing Degrees in Semester 1, 2018
- 16-30 June is assessment/exams weeks; 16-21 July is deferred and supplementary exams week.
- Topic Coordinators submit final grades by Friday 6 July.
- College Exam Boards meet on Tuesday/Wednesday 9-10 July, 2018.
- Friday 13 July is the University official release of grades for sem 1; and degree completions are entered onto students’ records progressively the following week.
- Students can check from Tuesday 17 July that their results and degree completion on the student system by checking the ‘Unofficial Academic Transcript’. This can be downloaded and printed from the Student Information System. Select ‘My Results’ then ‘View My Results’, then select the ‘View my Unofficial Transcript’ link.
- When the statement “Completed requirements of the degree on (date)” appears at the bottom of the Unofficial Transcript, students can order an Academic Transcript on line. Instructions on how to order one are online at the link below.
- Before ordering transcripts or telephoning to find out if your results have been finalised, check your Unofficial Transcript has the completion statement mentioned above.
- For Education students, on receipt of the Official Academic Transcript, students who wish to register as a teacher in South Australia should have followed Teachers Registration Board procedures: www.trb.sa.edu.au. Students do not need to wait for a final academic transcript to get the application for registration as a teacher underway immediately. See the TRB website heading Teacher Registration.
- The time-line for this process usually enables students to apply for teaching positions for the start of Term 3 of the school year in SA.
Students are also reminded to check their email regularly and ensure that their personal details are kept up-to-date on the student system for any University contact.
