During enrolment, and especially on days when topics and classes are made available or at the start of semester, there can be a high number of Help requests submitted, and sometimes it takes a little longer than the advertised 2 working days to respond. Flinders University staff are working hard to resolve your queries as quickly as possible.
Don't forget, you can always check the status of your request by logging back into FAQs, and accessing the 'My Support' tab (located near the top of the page) at any time.
