I've looked through the site and I still can't find the answer I need. What do I do?
Submit an online support request via Ask Flinders by selecting Request Support from the menu at the top of the page and signing in as a current student. When returned to the Ask Flinders home page, select Request Support again, then Submit a Request. Fill out the form, including as much detail as you can about yourself and your request to assist with a quick response (attach copies of any relevant information). A copy of your request will be emailed to your University account as confirmation that your request has been received. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and you will be advised of our progress in dealing with your request via your University email.

As a Flinders University student you can also track the progress of your request or add further information to your request through My Support. When signed on to Ask Flinders through the Request Support tab, select My Support from the top of the page. Click on the request number to add further details, attach documentation, re-open a resolved request or ask for an update on the progress of your request. Again, any activity on your request will be confirmed via your Flinders University email account.

If you need further assistance, please contact Flinders Connect.
